SPA-Compass Snapping

Requirement Description:
Compass snapping to midpoint of any existing edges/curves the possibility to orientate the X,Y,Z directions on the fly using some manipulators.

I use compass a lot in Part Design, Assy, Mfg workbenches.
In short I would like to do the stuff which I can do in Mastercam and UG.
One of my secret tricks for setting tool-axis using compass snap directly on the tool in the geometry view. It is very useful for setting "Tool-axis mode: Interpolation"
