RE: V4 to V5 Drawing Migration (Text and Dimensions)

I'm not exactly sure what to use from this:
When I type in the "catpath -A -l CATIA.PRJTABLE", my v4 station outputs "CATIA.PRJTABLE /linux/honprj-2 CAT.V2R2.PRJ1.MAP PRJ /linux/dec/CATIA.dcls"

The .project files could get copied to wherever i wanted in the windows filesystem right?
