V4 to V5 Drawing Migration (Text and Dimensions)

When I open CATIA v4 models in v5, everything will transfer but the text and dimensions.
How can I make these transfer or is there another way that will allow me to import these into v5?

Its very aggravating having to re-type all of the text.

Yes! Got it to work. It imports all text and dims now.
