Requirement: Add the “Insert Symbol” button to the form that modifies a dimension's text

Add the “Insert Symbol” button to the form that allows for the customization of a dimension’s text. This will allow for an easy way to add the ‘depth’ symbol to the “After” portion of the dimension text.

 Currently, the only way I know to do it requires that I:

1. create a note
2. in the note, create the depth symbol
3. copy the symbol
4. paste it into the ‘after’ portion of the associated text for the dimension
5. switch the font for that one dimension to Arial Unicode MS.
6. delete the note that originally held the symbol
