ENOVIA V6 w/ CATIA V5 Search Thumbnails not correct

We are just begining to use Enovia V6 with CATIA V5.  We are having a problem with the embeded Enovia search within CATIA.  When a search is performed, the thumbnails are not correct in the preview window.  The preview is correct for one of the parts, but shows up for most of the items in the search.  I few sporadically have the correct preview.  If an item is right clicked and expanded "All", the correct preview than shows and continues to show until the search is re-run and then the wrong preview is back.  A search of the "ief" folder where the preview files are supposed to be indicates all of the thumbnails are in fact there.  Our VAR has said this has been a reported issue but cannot be reproduced by anyone trying to fix the problem so the issues has been officially closed.  Anyone here have any experience with this issue and know of a solution?

My (humble) opinion is, since in CAN be reproduced by someone trying to fix USE the software, the problem exists....so the issues should be  officially reopened.

Dassault needs to "take care" to work with people that take the time to document and report bugs officially.   They need a team of people that are skilled to diagnose CUSTOMERS data, on a variety of issues such as this.

Try complaining to your Client Executive or account manager

Thanks for the reply Dave.  I intend to push our VAR to get a fix.  I agree with you, they need to take a customer focused approach.  So far, I am not impressed.

We resolved this problem.

Any hint what was wrong ? We have the same issue.
