Is COE Discussion Forum a freebe?

Is COE Discussion Forum a freebe?

Does a user have to be a paying member of COE or inorder to contribute (add threads/reply to threads) to the COE Discussion Forum?  How about students?

They do NOT have to be a paying member for the Forums.  They do have to register (it helps keep out the spam).

They do need to be a paying member to access premium content such as the Ask The Expert Webinars, Conference Proceedings, etc.

Thanks for the quick response Jim.  Glad to hear the Discussion Forum continues to be available to all users, paying members or not.

I'll pass the information on to my friend who needs some help with an NC tool catalog.  He thought he had to pay a membership fee inorder to "read & post"

Forum is free.... and Manufacturing users are plenty, make sure they post in MFG.

Hope they'll get the answer they're looking for.

I don't see his question on any recent MFG threads.  Maybe he searched and found the info he was looking for?

I did try to go through the COE registration process to see what was involved and what the fees are.  I gave up after the first 3 screens - too complicated!

Maybe that's why the COE forum isn't used much any more?
