Suggestions for disentangling inactivated user accounts?

We are running Enovia R2013x and are looking for solutions others have found helpful to disentangle inactivated users. We normally inactivate the account, remove all roles, licences, groups, replace their email with a dummy one, but retain Company object connections to make it easier if we ever need to reactivate them.

Does anyone have MQL commands, scripts, or spinners they can share that notify Company Representatives of the following:

-identify objects locked by the account

-ECOs owned by the account

-Groups owned by the account

-Member lists containing the account

-Projects owned by the account

-Route Templates owned by the account

-Pending tasks assigned to the account

-Active tasks assigned to the account

Hi Cameron,

That sounds to me like functionality that should come out of the box. Too bad is doesn’t.   I recommend calling your Dassault Systems Client Executive, and getting in contact with Lee Encapera. Lee is one of Dassaults top automation experts, and will probably know if it can be done without scripts. If scripts are required, he can probably help with that.  You can also talk to Inceptra, Idex…etc.

Hopefully a COE member knows more and will answer your question.

Dave

Would user account management in out-of-support 2013x be of interest at COE 2019?
