Are you using PROCESS CATALOG´S to make your parts?

hi.

I am in the process of the creation of a Process catalog to re-use the machining operation that works great in my past programs.

the goal is to reduce the time of the creation of a new 5 axis part cnc machining program.

Does any body are working in this way, do you think you can improve the time of creation of new programs?

Process catalogs work great for repetitive things, like Drill, Bore, Ream on common hole sizes for instance.
