Change dimension to one-sided

Hello,
Please see attached drawing. I have multiple diameter dimensions in a detail view.
I want to make them one-sided to eliminate the dimension line.
I was able to turn off the extension line via properties but did not find an option for one-sided.

I found where to turn off the arrow head in Properties.
Is there a way to shorten the length of the dimension line.
