Using CATIA V5R23 Drafting Workbench, I'm able to create a large and small circle and then using the Geometric Constraint tool apply a Concentricity constraint to position the small circle relative to the larger one. The option to use the Coincidence and Tagency constraint are also available.
In the same .CATDrawing and Sheet, in the same activated view that small and large circles were drawn, I've created a section view of a mechanical part that contains fillets. When using the Geometric Constrain tool to attempt to position either the small or large circle relative to a fillet, the only option available is Fix. Can someone explain why the Concentricity, Coincidence and Tagency constraints are blocked? This happens regardless of the circle size and even when the diameter of the circle is unspecified. Please advise. Thank you.
