Hello guys, I have some question about installing the 3DEXPERIENCE R2021x on Premise...
First, I install the 3DEXPERIENCE R2021x Golden edition in my computer, it was successful installed.
And then, when I want to install the R2021x FD03 (FP.2042) HotFix, an error message pop up, showing that the file couldn't find the path (please see the attachment below).
I don't even know what going on about this error, can someone explain what this error means and how to soulve this ? Thanks.
I have done some software update, JAVA, NET Framework, Microsoft Visual C++, all updated, but it still doesn't works, this error keeps poping up.
I've try to re-download the HotFix software, that doesn't work either.
My colleague's computer and mine have the same level, he successfully installed but I failed.
The following is my computer equipment and 3DEXPERIENCE version:
Software: Microsoft Windows 10 Version 20H2
CUP: Intel- Core i7 9700
GPU: NVIDIA Quadro P620
3DEXPERIENCE Software: 3DEXPERIENCE R2021x Golden - AllOS (3DEXPERIENCE Native Apps)
HotFix Version: 3DEXPERIENCE R2021x FD03 (FP.2042)
