How can i create a 3D Master for MasterPart with different features(Automation)

Hi there, 

I have a mounting plate with multiple holes, which are used in a product assembly. 
The assembly have 700+ variants/configurations and i would like to automate the process of making all these drawings. 

So, would i be possible to hide/show annotations based on which cofiguration that are selected in a masterpart with designtable..?
