This app has got to be the worst FT&A workbench I've ever worked with, and I've worked with some really bad ones...lol
My problem at the moment is this -- when I'm extracting surfaces from a solid and hooking FT&A to just the surfaces, for whatever reason, 3dx thinks I actually want to hook the FT&A to the solid. But only for some surfaces...not all of them. It seems to be completely random. The only way to fix this is to isolate all the extracted surfaces and THEN make my FT&A. Even then, 3dx will occasionally STILL link back to the solid, even though the surfaces I pick are completely isolated from the solid. Is there a way to fix this, like in the settings, or is it just a glitch that we're going to have to live with until it's fixed?
