Is there an equivalent of CATCrvParam in VBA

Good day to all,

In CAA, for the CATCurve interface we have the class of CATCrvParam that we can use for handling curve parameter (NOT ratio, please see attached photo), for example getting the parameter of the start and end point of a curve.

I was wondering if there exists an equivalent of this or if I can somehow calculate them in VBA?
