How to Migrate V4 Electrical Harnness into catia V5

Hi

I have one model created in V4 E3D module, which have identifiers like *GPR, *STR and *CAX...

When i migrate to V5, as batch mode, unable to migrata id *GPR *str...

as per V5 help , V4 model should have id like SGBN, BNS

my query is how to convert/change *GPR to SGBN...
and with existing how i can i migrate to v5

Hi Rajamallu,
Which is your CATIA V5 version ?
Are you using it on W2K ou Unix ?

Anyway, before you starting the batch job (MigrateV4ToV5), be sure that following system variable is defined in you system:
MIGRATION_INTERFACE = CATIE3DMigration

Hi Rajamallu ,
In W2K, go to START/CONTROL PANEL/SYSTEM/ADVANCED/ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES and define : MIGRATION_INTERFACE = CATIE3DMigration.
After this, you must use the Batch converter (MigrateV4toV5). You must have the respectives licenses to perform that (HD2).
